On Aug. 22, under the mediation and supervision of the
\nInternational Committee of the Red Cross, seven patients, along with their
\nattendants, were transferred to RA specialty hospitals from the Republican
\nMedical Center of Artsakh Ministry of Health. The patients were transferred to Armenia
\nto receive immediate medical treatment.

According to the Artsakh Ministry of Health, seven patients
\nare expected to return to Artsakh with their attendants in ICRC vehicles today.
\nThey were transferred to the Republic of Armenia to receive state-funded
\ntreatment.

The Azerbaijani side still does not allow the delivery of
\nessential medicines and medical supplies to Artsakh in ICRC vehicles.
