Following the U.N. Security Council discussions, the U.S.
\nurges the member states of the U.N. Security Council to refrain from proposing
\ndraft resolutions. The Aravot<\/a> daily newspaper wrote this, quoting sources close

To remind, on Aug. 16, the U.N. Security Council emergency
\nsession on the humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh was held. The countries
