Today, for the first time since June 14, 41 people,
\nincluding Russian and Artsakh citizens, have been transferred from Artsakh to
\nArmenia under the supervision of the Russian peacekeepers, Artsakh InfoCenter
\nreports.

According to the InfoCenter, the Russian citizens had been
\nwaiting for their transfer for a long time. As for Artsakh citizens, they are
\nstudents who have entered universities in Armenia and abroad.

Agreement has been reached with Russian peacekeepers to
\ntransfer other students and Russian citizens in the coming days.

The Azerbaijani side keeps the situation disgraceful at the
\nillegal checkpoint over the Hakari bridge by illegally keeping the people of
\nArtsakh under surveillance and creating difficulties for them. To be specific,
\nagainst people’s will, the Azerbaijanis and journalists invited by them once
\nagain recorded people’s faces on video and used the videos for propaganda
\npurposes.

Moreover, the Azerbaijani side did not allow the vehicles of
\nthe Russian peacekeeping troops to cross the Hakari bridge, making the
\npassengers cross the bridge with their luggage on foot. Afterward, the
\npassengers continued their way in vehicles that had arrived from Goris.
