The condition of hemodialysis patients in Artsakh is deteriorating
\nday by day. On Aug. 15, under the mediation and supervision of the
\nInternational Committee of the Red Cross, 31 patients were transferred to
\nArmenia. The other 12 patients refused to leave Artsakh.
