U.S. President Donald Trump has announced a trade deal with Japan, imposing a 15 percent tariff on goods imported from the country.<\/p>\n
“This deal will create hundreds of thousands of jobs. Such a thing has never happened before,” Trump wrote on Truth Social, adding that the United States will always maintain great relations with Japan.<\/p>\n
He also stated that Japan will make a $550 billion investment in the U.S. and will open its economy to American automobiles and rice.<\/p>\n
