On Aug. 18, under the mediation and supervision of the International
\nCommittee of the Red Cross, 11 patients, along with their attendants, were
\ntransferred to RA specialty hospitals from Artsakh. The patients were
\ntransferred to Armenia to receive immediate medical treatment, Artsakh Ministry
