The RA Government has applied to the European Court of Human
\nRights, making a request for an interim measure against Azerbaijan regarding
\nthe serviceman captured by Azerbaijan yesterday, Spokesperson for the Office of

To remind, yesterday the Azerbaijani Armed Forces stated
\nthat the RA Armed Forces had made an infiltration attempt in the eastern part
\nof the border zone and the attempt had been thwarted by fire. Afterward, the RA
\nForeign Ministry published a video, denying Azerbaijan’s statement. In the
\nvideo, a group of Azerbaijani servicemen approach reservist Gagik Voskanyan,
\nwho appeared in their territory. First, they talk to him, then arrest and take
\nhim to an unknown destination.<\/p>\n
