In the run-up to the U.N. Security Council session, the
\nChairman of the Anti-Crisis Council under the Artsakh President, Tigran
\nPetrosyan disclosed a document produced by Russia as an option for the crisis
\nsolution.

According to Tigran Petrosyan, they made this move in the
\nrun-up to the U.N. Security Council session, so that Russian President Vladimir
\nPutin will change his attitude to the settlement of the Artsakh issue.<\/p>\n
