“The postponement of the court hearing was a surprise for
\nme. I thought the final hearing would take place today, and the punishment
\nissue would be discussed,” Chalabyan said to the press.
<\/p><\/p>\n
Chalabyan is not aware of the reasons why the hearing was
\npostponed.
<\/p><\/p>\n
“To be honest, we were surprised when the prosecution
\nrefused to make a speech today. I suppose some questions remain unanswered for
\nthem as well, as there is a problem of interpretation regarding this court
\ncase. I think the prosecution has difficulty understanding how to formulate the
\nrequest for punishment,” he noted.

As Chalabyan said, the next hearing will be held on Dec. 13.
