The “Coalition of the Willing” is ready to deploy troops in Ukraine after a ceasefire, says<\/a> a joint statement by member states.<\/p>\n

“They re-emphasized the readiness to deploy a reassurance force once hostilities have ceased, and to help secure Ukraine’s skies and seas and regenerate Ukraine’s armed forces,” reads the statement.<\/p>\n

The statement said the deployment of troops would be part of the security guarantees provided by the United States.<\/p>\n

“The leaders also commended President Trump’s commitment to providing security guarantees to Ukraine, in which the Coalition of the Willing will play a vital role through the Multinational Force Ukraine, among other measures,” reads the statement.<\/p>\n
