We have a plan of action to fight starvation in Artsakh.
\nAdviser to the President of Artsakh Davit Babayan said this to ABC Media.

“We have a plan of action. We just have to somehow
\nsurvive in this situation. The state of affairs is really grave and if the
\nsituation persists, people will really starve to death,” Babayan noted.<\/p>\n
<\/p><\/p>\n
Referring to the protests having been staged in Artsakh
\nsince yesterday and the blocking of the entrance of the Russian peacekeepers’
\nmilitary base, Babayan said, “I have noted many times that any protest,
\nespecially political ones, must be state-organized, as after all, the
\nresponsibility for any incident falls on the state. Thus, to avoid problems, we
\nmust understand that it is the state that should organize protest actions. I
\nhave always stated that people should shoulder personal responsibility for this
\nor that initiative. When people undertake an initiative and achieve a positive
\nresult, they should be encouraged. However, when they come up with an
\nunfortunate result, they must take personal responsibility. We are not in a
\nsituation where we can do whatever comes to our minds.”<\/p>\n
<\/p><\/p>\n
In response to whether or not the protesters made that move
\nas the state does not take any actions, Babayan said: “I see, but when the
\nstate organizes such protest actions, everything is much more clear. We have
\nplenty of problems.”<\/p>\n
