To remind, yesterday, the first case of death from
\nstarvation was registered in Artsakh. After this, Artsakh Revolutionary Party
\nLeader Artur Osipyan announced that they would prevent the movement of the
\nRussian peacekeepers until the latter adhered to the Statement of November 9,
\n2020, and met their duties. <\/p>\n
