Today, Aug. 15, under the mediation and supervision of the
\nInternational Committee of the Red Cross, 10 patients, along with their
\nattendants, were transferred to RA specialty hospitals from the Republican
\nMedical Center of Artsakh Ministry of Health. The patients are undergoing a
\ncourse of in-center haemodialysis, the Ministry of Health of the Republic
\nof Artsakh reports.

Seven patients are expected to return to Artsakh with their
\nattendants in ICRC vehicles today. They were transferred to the Republic of
\nArmenia to receive state-funded treatment.

To remind, there were 41 haemodialysis patients in Artsakh.
\nNineteen of them were evacuated within the past few days. Although everyone was
\noffered the opportunity of evacuation, 12 of the 41 patients refused to leave
\nArtsakh. Their lives are at stake.
