\nsides work to finalize a peace agreement and normalize relations. We welcome
\nthe joint efforts of Azerbaijani President Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister
\nPashinyan to build foundations for a more peaceful and prosperous future for
\nthe peoples of the South Caucasus,” he wrote.

To remind, yesterday, it became known that Azerbaijan and
\nArmenia had agreed on the exchange of 32 Armenian POWs and two Azerbaijani
\nservicemen.
