The Shirak Regional Investigative Department of the RA
\nInvestigative Committee started legal proceedings in connection with the tragic
\nroad accident on the road from Gyumri to Lanjik under Article 342, Part 3 of
\nthe RA Criminal Code.

The Investigative Committee reports that ten passengers and
\nthe driver of the minibus died on the spot.<\/p>\n
<\/p><\/p>\n
Five passengers and the ZIL driver were transferred to
\nGyumri Medical Center with various bodily injuries. According to the
\ninformation provided by the medical center, some of them are in serious, some
\nin critical condition.<\/p>\n
So far, the people transferred to hospital have not been
\ninterrogated in view of their condition.<\/p>\n
