Today, Aug.12, under the mediation and supervision of the
\nInternational Committee of the Red Cross, 10 patients, along with their
\nattendants, were transferred to RA specialty hospitals from the Republican
\nMedical Center of Artsakh Ministry of Health. The patients were transferred to
\nArmenia to receive immediate medical treatment.

\nattendants in ICRC vehicles today.
