Artsakh Water and Sewerage CJSC informs residents of
\nStepanakert that dry and hot weather has resulted in a shortage of water in
\nintake structures providing Stepanakert with water supplies. Thus, the company
\nhas to provide water supply through deep-well pumps. On account of intermittent
\npower outages and shortage of fuel supplies, the pumps do not operate fully.

The company asks the population to use water sparingly
\nin order to avoid water supply disruptions, and to show forbearance during
\nintermittent disruptions.
