The authorities have taken new despicable actions with
\nregard to the case of Lt. Col. Ara Mkhitaryan’s murder. Secretary of the NA
\nWith Honor Faction Tigran Abrahamyan made a Facebook post on this.

“Let me remind you that the officer of the RA Armed
\nForces was brutally beaten by the gang connected with the authorities in 2019.
\nAccording to his family members and eyewitnesses, Trdat Sargsyan, former
\nGovernor of the Vayots Dzor Province, currently an MP from KP, was personally
\ninvolved in the incident.<\/p>\n
<\/p><\/p>\n
Now, under instructions from the authorities, criminal cases
\nfor false reports have been brought against those witnesses, who not only saw
\nwith their own eyes who was involved in the incident, but also were beaten
\nwhile trying to save the lieutenant colonel’s life.<\/p>\n

Moreover, yesterday, the authorities imposed another
\nrepressive measure on two officers by relieving them of their duties. This move
\nwill, in fact, pose financial problems for the two officers, holding lieutenant
\ncolonel rank.<\/p>\n

I wonder what the Chief of the RA General Staff is doing now
\nwhen true facts are being disguised with his tacit agreement, when cases are
\ntrumped up against his officers and moreover, when in this grave situation,
\nthese two officers are not allowed to perform their duties.<\/p>\n

What is more, the military silently swallowed Lt. Col. Ara
\nMkhitaryan’s death. After all, they keep holding their positions, and the
\nauthorities STILL bear with them,” Abrahamyan wrote.<\/p>\n
