Today, Aug. 9, under the mediation and supervision of the
\nInternational Committee of the Red Cross, 10 patients, along with their
\nattendants, were transferred to RA specialty hospitals from the Republican
\nMedical Center of Artsakh Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Health of the
\nRepublic of Artsakh reports.

These 10 patients are undergoing a course of in-center
\nhemodialysis. However, they are not provided with the necessary medical care on
\naccount of the shortage of medicines and medical supplies and are met with a
\nthreat of death as a result. <\/p>\n

Nine patients are expected to return to Artsakh with their
\nattendants in ICRC vehicles today. They were transferred to the Republic of
\nArmenia to receive state-funded treatment.<\/p>\n
