Once operational, it will become a key part of Azerbaijan&rsquo;s transport network and will increase transit traffic both East-West and North-South.<\/p>\n<p>He added that construction projects along the route are also underway in Turkey. &ldquo;The 224-kilometre section of the Kars&ndash;Dilucu line has been laid, and it will be fully completed within the next four years.
