Former Mayor of Yerevan Hayk Marutyan announced his decision
\nto run for the Yerevan Council of Elders elections. Marutyan posted a Facebook

“I would like to announce that I will run for the
\nYerevan Council of Elders elections scheduled for Sept. 17,” Marutyan
\nsaid. He added that his team does not have financial resources, “personal
\noligarchs” or administrative resources at its disposal. However, they are
\nsure that together with citizens they will be able to achieve success.<\/p>\n
