Advocate Ara Zohrabyan and Chairman of the Chamber of
\nAdvocates of Artsakh filed a class action against Nikol Pashinyan. Ara
\nZohrabyan said this today at the press conference. According to Zohrabyan, they
\nfind the prime minister’s position on the Artsakh issue unacceptable.

“Nikol Pashinyan has stated several times that he
\nrecognizes Artsakh as part of Azerbaijan. None of his statements were in the interests
\nof the Armenian nation. Thus, we came up with the idea of raising the issue of
\nlegal protection. Time will tell whether this is an effective move. Chairman of
\nthe Chamber of Advocates of Artsakh Erik Beglaryan and I have filed a class
\naction over the claim to recognize the actions of the prime minister as
\nunlawful and the elimination of consequences following from them,”
\nZohrabyan stated.

According to the advocate, the lawsuit will be filed against
\nPashinyan, so that he will take responsibility for his statements that
\njeopardize Armenian interests.
