The Global Centre For The Responsibility To Protect referred<\/a> to the humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh caused by the blockade of the
\nLachin corridor by Azerbaijan.<\/p>\n

“Azerbaijani authorities must immediately lift the blockade
\nof the Lachin corridor and allow for unhindered and safe passage of civilians
\nand goods along the corridor, as well as guarantee unimpeded humanitarian
\naccess in line with international law and the order by the ICJ,” reads the
\nstatement.<\/p>\n

It is mentioned in the statement that states must engage in
\nfurther dialogue with all parties, as well as support calls from the
\nParliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe to establish an independent
\nfact-finding mission to assess the humanitarian situation.
