We continue to talk about a peace agreement between Armenia
\nand Azerbaijan and we continue to believe that a peace agreement is within
\nreach. Spokesperson for the U.S. Department of State Matthew Miller said this
\nat the press briefing.

“However, we have always said that for it to be within reach
\nboth parties have to make difficult compromises, and that is why the Secretary
\nremains engaged in talking to the leaders of both Armenia and Azerbaijan to
\nencourage them to make those difficult compromises so they can reach an
\nagreement,” he said.
