Armenian weightlifters continue to successfully compete in
\nthe European Junior and U23 Weightlifting Championships, held in Bucharest,
\nRomania.

Yesterday, Rafik Hovhannisyan was announced winner in the 81
\nkg weight category. He competed in the under-23 age category and stood on the
\nwinner’s podium with a total of 330 kilograms (150+180). Harutyunyan took first
\nplace in the clean and jerk and the snatch as well.<\/p>\n
<\/p><\/p>\n
Meruzhan Yeghoyan in the 61 kg weight category and Seyran
\nKhudanyan took bronzes.<\/p>\n
<\/p><\/p>\n
The European Junior and U23 Weightlifting Championships will
\nbe held from July 23 to Aug. 3.<\/p>\n
