As a matter of fact, we are witness to the willingness of
\nthe RA authorities to wash their hands of Artsakh and leave it at the mercy of
\nthe enemy. In fact, this paves the way for genocide in Artsakh. Coordinator of
\nthe Hayakve initiative Avetik Chalabyan said this during the press conference

According to him, the authorities justify this action of

“They refuse to say what will become of our compatriots
