\nArmenia Think Tank and Foundation, Candidate of Political Sciences, Associate
\nProfessor Abraham Gasparyan referred to the issue of the humanitarian aid not
\nreaching Artsakh during his interview with 24news.

“Does this mean that they had to leave these people to
\nstarve for more than 220 days so that they would start making statements. If
\nthe world really cared about the Artsakh issue in terms of the people’s right
\nto self-determination, appropriate measures would have been taken right after
\nthe third day of the blockade,” Abraham Gasparyan noted.<\/p>\n
According to the expert, the head of the country has put the
\ncountry up for sale on account of his short-sighted, unstable policies in
\ndiplomacy.
