Chechnya’s leader Ramzan Kadyrov congratulated Russian President Vladimir Putin on his birthday, calling him the embodiment of Russia, RIA Novosti<\/a> reports.<\/p>\n

“The name Vladimir Vladimirovich has long been a symbol of strength, honor, and unwavering will — the embodiment of Russia: powerful, independent, and confident in its future. It was Vladimir Putin who restored the country’s confidence and dignity, reinstated respect for the Russian language and flag, and revived the people’s faith in justice and the state,” Kadyrov said.<\/p>\n

He stated that Chechnya is deeply grateful to the president and will never forget how he “extended a helping hand to the people in the most difficult times.”<\/p>\n
