“I have made a decision to resign as president of the
\nNational Assembly of my own accord. However, I will always adhere to the
\nprinciples established by our people in the 1991 referendum.

I will serve the Republic of Armenia and its people and the
\nRepublic of Artsakh and its people till the end of my life. May God protect the
