The Armenian side has appealed to both the Russian
\npeacekeepers and the Azerbaijani side to be allowed to deliver humanitarian aid
\nto Artsakh. Head of the Working Group on the Humanitarian Crisis in Artsakh
\nVardan Sargsyan said this during his meeting with journalists.

“This process requires a proper understanding, patience
\nand a certain course of action. We have not received any response and are still
\nwaiting,” he said.

To remind, convoys carrying 360 tons of humanitarian aid for
\nArtsakh have been stuck in Kornidzor village of the Syunik province since
\nyesterday. Azerbaijan does not allow the delivery of aid to Artsakh.
