On July 27, under the mediation and supervision of the
\nInternational Committee of the Red Cross, 11 patients, along with their
\nattendants, were transferred to RA specialty hospitals from the Republican
\nMedical Center of Artsakh Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Health of the
\nRepublic of Artsakh reports.<\/p>\n
Thirteen patients are expected to return to Artsakh with
\ntheir attendants in ICRC vehicles today. They were transferred to the Republic
\nof Armenia to receive state-funded treatment.<\/p>\n\n
The Azerbaijani still does not allow the delivery of
\nessential medicines and medical supplies to Artsakh in ICRC vehicles.
