Talks between Baku and Stepanakert cannot take place if the
\nagenda is established in advance in accordance with the wishes of one party
\nand, what is more, is agreed on by the Armenian side. Former State Minister of
\nArtsakh Ruben Vardanyan made a Facebook post.<\/p>\n
“A third party must be involved in the talks between
\nBaku and Stepanakert. The Armenian leadership must change its position and meet
\nits obligations arising from the Constitution. And it is us who should make
\nthem change their position on this issue,” the former state minister said.<\/p>\n
Before entering into negotiations, we must have a precisely
\ndefined position, a clear agenda and a well-prepared negotiating team so that
\nthe other side will perceive us as one of the parties to the talks.<\/p>\n
“What we need is collective will. If there is will,
\nthere will be resources, and there will be capable people. Many allies,
\nsupporters and friends from all over the world will stand by us.<\/p>\n
\n<\/p>
If we look back on our millennia-long history, we will be
\nsurprised at how simple-minded we happen to be. We see an ally either in the
\nWest, or in the East, or in Russia. However, we should work with all sides and
\nuse this cooperation and allied relations to the benefit of our own state. Here
