The international impunity enjoyed by Azerbaijan must end
\none day. Or else, it will lead to new heinous crimes. In fact, we are on the
\nbrink of this. President of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan said
\nthis during his press conference.

Arayik Harutyunyan also referred to the RA authorities,
\nurging them to refrain from recognizing Artsakh as part of Azerbaijan.

“In view of the current critical situation in Artsakh
\nand the growing threats to the physical existence of our people, today I
\ndeclare Artsakh a disaster zone, expecting the international community to
\nimmediately respond to what is going on here. We look to the international
\ncommunity for security, political and humanitarian aid, both collectively and
\nindividually. Currently, Artsakh is the only place in the world experiencing
\ntotal isolation and blockade, being denied any kind of humanitarian aid and
\ninternational presence. And if we are not given immediate international aid
\neven after declaring Artsakh a disaster zone, we can certainly consider Artsakh
\na concentration camp with its full consequences to be felt,” the president
\nof the Republic of Artsakh said.
