A discussion has taken place at the Chamber of Advocates concerning the ongoing criminal proceedings against lawyer Aleksandr Kochubayev, the Chamber reports.<\/p>\n
“On Oct. 20, 2025, a discussion was held at the RA Chamber of Advocates regarding the criminal case against lawyer Alexander Kochubayev.<\/p>\n
President of the Chamber Simon Babayan informed the participants about the actions undertaken to defend Kochubayev.<\/p>\n
Representatives of the Commission for the Protection of Lawyers’ Rights also took part in the meeting.<\/p>\n
The attending lawyers expressed their indignation over the lawyer’s violent arrest, the criminal prosecution, and the applied preventive measure.<\/p>\n
