Rejecting the idea of recognizing Artsakh as a part of
\nAzerbaijan and put an end to similar statements.

Admitting that the announcements about recognizing Artsakh
\nas part of Azerbaijan made Azerbaijan even more insolent, contributed to the
\nestablishment of a checkpoint in the Lachin Corridor and the passive reaction
\nof the international community. Therefore, to stop such statements and actions
\na day earlier.

Expressing exclusively the will of the people of Artsakh in
\nthe negotiations related to Artsakh.
<\/p><\/p>\n
To present that Artsakh and the people of Artsakh cannot be
\npart of Azerbaijan, with its many justifications.

Protecting the right to self-determination of the people of
\nArtsakh, the results of its realization, the right to self-determination is the
\ninalienable right of our people, it is not a subject of negotiation and any
\ncompromising discussion about it is unacceptable.

Instead of making announcements about recognizing Artsakh as
\npart of Azerbaijan, take measures to present the genocidal actions carried out
\nby Azerbaijan against the people of Artsakh to the world, proper condemnation
\nand punitive and restraining actions.
<\/p><\/p>\n
To make active and urgent diplomatic efforts in order to
\nunblock Artsakh and ensure its security, in the direction of using all UN
\nmechanisms, including by adopting a Security Council resolution.
<\/p><\/p>\n
In case of the inability to properly protect the interests
\nof the people of Artsakh, refrain from any concessionary, defeatist statement,
\naction, or lowering standards in relation to Artsakh.
<\/p><\/p>\n
We demand from the Russian Federation to give a clear
\nassessment of the genocidal actions carried out by Azerbaijan against the
\npeople of Artsakh.
<\/p><\/p>\n\n
Stop making only appeals and take effective measures to
\neliminate Artsakh from the created humanitarian disaster.”
