\nAccording to Artsakhpress, Deputy Chairperson of the Artsakh State Revenue
\nCommittee Armine Musaelyan said this in her interview on July 21.<\/p>\n
“In order to mitigate the social and economic effects
\nof the blockade, since January the government has launched eight programs,
\ndirectly aimed at protecting jobs or giving compensation to those employees who
\nhave already lost their jobs. Three of these programs were carried out by the
\nState Revenue Committee. The last program has entered its final phase. All
\nthree programs were aimed at reimbursing the taxpayers employed in the most
\naffected sectors so that we could pay the wages of salaried employees and the
\ntaxes imposed on them. One billion 937 million drams were allocated from the
\nstate budget to this program. This money was used to reimburse more than 4,600
\nsalaried employees for their wages and taxes,” Armine Musayelyan said.
