Lawyer Ruben Mkhitaryan, who was detained while carrying out his professional duties, has been placed under two months’ pre-trial detention. He is accused of participating in mass disorders and interfering with the administration of justice or with the investigation of a case “by prior agreement with a group of persons.”<\/p>\n

Notably, footage published by the media shows Mkhitaryan informing citizens about how to act within the bounds of the law.<\/p>\n
