Former State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh Ruben
\nVardanyan made a Facebook post, welcoming today’s NA statement. <\/p>\n
Ruben Vardanyan also noted that the NA is expected to make
\ntargeted statements, thus demanding the RA authorities to reveal the entire
\nnegotiation process of the past five years between Armenia and Azerbaijan.<\/p>\n
Below are the rest of the points proposed by Ruben
\nVardanyan:<\/p>\n
-to rule out the possibility of signing any document on
\nbehalf of the Republic of Artsakh without the consent of the people of Artsakh;<\/p>\n
– to clarify the current status of relations with the
\nRepublic of Armenia; <\/p>\n
– to specify the format of negotiations between the Republic
\nof Artsakh and the Republic of Azerbaijan, and matters regarding the third
\nparty, participants, agenda and venue of the negotiations;<\/p>\n
-to officially announce the participation of Artsakh
\nauthorities in the Hayakve initiative; <\/p>\n
-to demand that the Republic of Artsakh, the Russian
\nFederation and the Republic of Azerbaijan enter into a new trilateral
\nagreement;<\/p>\n
-to stimulate the process of recognition of the Republic of
\nArtsakh by other countries;<\/p>\n\n
-to rule out the possibility of actions conducive to gloomy
\nsentiments by keeping the people’s spirits up.
