“Each time they created new obstacles or requested
\ndifferent information from the Red Cross, and the process lasted up to a week.
\nAzerbaijan’s ingenuity knows no bounds. We reached a point when Azerbaijan
\ninvolved their doctors at the checkpoint and set a condition before the Red
\nCross that the patients leaving Artsakh for Armenia should undergo additional
\nexamination at the checkpoint. Moreover, if necessary, the examination can be
\ncombined with the undressing of our citizens,” says Nersisyan.
