“These days, a number of citizens, including minors, use
\nbicycles, mopeds or scooters as alternative means of transport. The traffic
\npolice urge parents to be overly careful and let children use the alternative
\nmeans of transport only in designated areas. Thus, they will not risk their own
\nlives and will avoid accidents,” reads the report.
