Former Secretary of Artsakh Security Council, Hero of
\nArtsakh Vitaly Balasanyan is charged with four articles of the Criminal Code of
\nArtsakh.

His advocate Rafayel Martirosyan told ABC Media that
\nBalasanyan doesn’t plead guilty to the charge.
<\/p><\/p>\n
“He is charged with Article 185, Article 245, Article
\n337 and Article 279 of the Criminal Code of Artsakh, that is theft of property,
\nillegal carrying of weapons and ammunition, committing violence not dangerous
\nfor life or health, against a representative of authorities, and keeping
\nnarcotic drugs,” the advocate said.

Martirsoyan said that they have filed a complaint with the
\nCourt of Appeal about the decision of the First Instance Court.

Balasanyan was arrested on July 14. Three days later, on
\nJuly 17, the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Artsakh rejected
\nthe motion to arrest Vitaly Balasanyan. He was released.
