A number of non-governmental organizations operating in
\nArtsakh turned to the representatives of the European civil society with a
\nstatement. They find the statement of the President of the European Council,
\nCharles Michel, unacceptable.<\/p>\n
The European official presented Azerbaijan’s proposal to
\nconsider the Aghdam-Stepanakert road for providing the people of Artsakh with
\nhumanitarian aid.<\/p>\n
“We would like to draw attention to the fact that
\nhumanitarian aid for the people hit by a humanitarian crisis cannot be provided
\nby a country that is ready to offer them nothing but hatred, suffering and
\npain. This aid cannot come at the expense of their dignity.<\/p>\n\n
“We hope that the representatives of the European civil
\nsociety will make a sustained effort to carry out the actions that they
\nmentioned themselves,” reads the statement.
