Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has stated that the “return of Azerbaijanis to present-day Armenian territory” should not alarm the Armenian people or the state. He made the remarks during a speech marking the 80th anniversary of Azerbaijan’s National Academy of Sciences.<\/p>\n
Aliyev also announced that, under his orders, “extensive geological work has been under way in Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur for several months.”<\/p>\n
