A motion to apply pre-trial detention to Armen Ovanesov, the father of 3-year-old Tigran, has been submitted to the court, the Investigative Committee told ABC Media<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Earlier, the agency reported that during the preliminary investigation into the murder of the missing child in Tsapatagh, an external examination of the body was conducted. Injuries were found on the body, particularly in the head area.<\/p>\n
