\nRussian Federation in Armenia. Their mere demand from Russia was to meet the
\nprovisions of the statement of November 9.<\/p>\n

She noted that two MPs from the two opposition factions of
\nthe National Assembly joined the action. <\/p>\n
“At the moment, it is only me from the I Have Honor alliance
\nhere, but our alliance has always presented that demand – everywhere and
\nto everyone,” she said.<\/p>\n
The PM also stated that it is vacation season in the
\nparliament, and she cannot talk on behalf of everyone. However, she thinks that
\nthere is a political representation.<\/p>\n
Taguhi Tovmasyan noted that we cannot be indifferent toward
\nthe fate of 120,000 Armenians who are in a blockade in Artsakh. We also cannot
\naccept the foreign policy adopted by Nikol Pashinyan, according to which
\nArtsakh is part of Azerbaijan. And this is the reality to be accepted.<\/p>\n\n
To remind, the Foreign Ministry of the Russian Federation
\nmade a statement on July 15, when the tripartite meeting between Pashinyan,
\nAliyev and Michel was scheduled. As the statement read, since Armenia
\nrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh as part of Azerbaijan, the conditions under which
\nthe tripartite statement was signed in 2020, have fundamentally changed. The
\nstatement also read that the responsibility for the fate of the Armenian
\npopulation of Nagorno-Karabakh should not fall on a third party.
