Artsakh State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan made a Facebook post
\nabout the actions starting in the Republic of Armenia today.

The state minister noted that at 11:00 a.m. today, awareness
\ncampaigns regarding the situation in Artsakh will be organized by the Permanent
\nRepresentation of the Republic of Artsakh in the Republic of Armenia and the
\nOperational Headquarters of the Government of the Republic of Artsakh in the
\nRepublic of Armenia.

“The people of Artsakh, who are now facing a grave
\nhumanitarian crisis, have risen up and are calling on the Armenian nation in
\nArmenia and the diaspora. However, even in a situation like this, there are
\npeople who are looking for excuses, instead of trying to address issues of
\nutmost importance. One refuses to participate in the action if it is not
\nagainst Russians, others are against the West, others demand that we gather in
\nfront the RA Government building, instead of those of embassies. Others demand
\nsomething else. As someone who is perfectly aware of the desperate situation in
\nArtsakh, I should ask everyone to stop making excuses, to unite and act. We
\nhave work to do in all directions. However, if you can’t help making up excuses
\njustifying your inaction, at least make sure not to stand in our way,,”
\nthe state minister wrote.
