A motion has been made to arrest Former Secretary of Artsakh
\nSecurity Council, Hero of Artsakh Vitaly Balasanyan. Balasanyan’s advocate
\nRafayel Martirosyan said this in his meeting with ABC Media<\/strong>.

The court hearing has begun. However, Martirosyan is not
\nsure that the decision will be made today.

To remind, Balasanyan was detained from his house in Askeran
\non July 13. His son, brother and cousin were also detained. However, they were
\nreleased after interrogation.
