The European Court of Human Rights upheld its Dec. 21, 2022
\ndecision obliging Azerbaijan to take all measures to ensure safe passage
\nthrough the “Lachin Corridor” of seriously ill persons in need of medical
\ntreatment in Armenia and others who are stranded on the road without shelter or
\nmeans of subsistence.

The office of the RA representative on international legal
\nmatters reports that with this decision, the European Court of Human Rights
\nactually reaffirmed the importance of abiding by the Dec. 21, 2022 decision,
\nconsidering the current situation, and that Azerbaijan must obey it.
