The Hayakve initiative collected half the minimum number of
\nsignatures within the first two weeks. Twenty-five thousand people joined the
\nsignature collection within two weeks.

“Fourteen thousand nine hundred and fifteen people signed in
\nYerevan, 9.630 people in provinces, and 455 people online,” Coordinator of the
\nHayakve initiative Avetik Chalabyan said.

However, there have been numerous problems with electronic
\nsignatures. They are not available for RA citizens living abroad. People do not
\nhave the opportunity to participate in the signature collection even from
\nArtsakh.
