A charge has been brought against Garik Galeyan, father of
\nMkhitar Galeyan, killed during the 44-day war. Galeyan’s advocate Vahan
\nHovhannisyan wrote about this on his Facebook page.

Galeyan is charged in connection to the incident that
\noccurred next to the building of the General Prosecutor’s Office on June 30,
\n2022.<\/p>\n
“No legal action was taken in connection to that case for
\nmore than a year. None of the parents were interrogated. Moreover, after that
\nincident we presented ourselves at the police station and gave explanations,”
\nVahan Hovhannisyan said.<\/p>\n\n
As the advocate noted, at that time when they went to the
\npolice station, it was Garik Galeyan who had bodily injuries. However, it is
\nhim now who is being charged with that case.
